Refund and Returns Policy
Return Policy
Due to the volatile nature of the trading card industry, we do not accept returns on any trading cards or trading card game related products.
For other products eligible for return:
1. Return Window: You have 15 calendar days from the date of purchase (for in-store purchases) or the delivery date (for online orders) to return or exchange an item.
2. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible, items must be:
- In their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- In their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:
- “Trading Cards”, “Trading Card Game Related Products”
- Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage not present at the time of purchase.
4. How to Initiate a Return:
- In-Store Purchases: Bring the item(s) and your original receipt to the store you purchased from during business hours.
- Online Orders:
- Please contact our Customer Service team at returns@connectedlightbookstore.com within the 15-day window to request a return.
- Please wait for a response from a Connected Light Bookstore representative to provide further instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
5. Refunds:
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Refunds/Cancelations:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
There will be a 4.5% charge for any orders requested to be canceled before product has shipped, once product has shipped cancellations can not be accepted.
