We specialize in books, trading card games (TCGs), and related collectibles. All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any item, or cancel orders at our discretion if inventory discrepancies or pricing errors occur.
3. Return and Refund Policy
Due to the inherently volatile nature of the trading card and collectibles market—where prices fluctuate rapidly based on tournament results, meta changes, print runs, and market speculation—all sales of trading cards, booster packs, boxes, and sealed TCG product lines are strictly final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or allow exchanges on any trading card products once an order has been processed and shipped.
For non-TCG items (such as books or standard merchandise), returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
4. Limitation of Liability
Connected Light Bookstore shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, website downtime, or shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.
